Jobs Responsibilities

• Conduct factory assessment , investigation where necessary
• Identify and follow up the implementation of corrective action plan where required.
• Advise to management improvements that need to be made at factory level
• Represent the company during assessments ; suppliers meetings and training
• Position based in Cambodia

Requirements

• At least 3 years of audit experience in CSR audit
• In depth understanding of international ethical standards and issues
• Knowledge of China labor laws (optional), understanding of regulations and situation of Cambodia
• Good knowledge of Higg Index self assessment tool
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Attention to details able to work independently and as an active team member
• Prefer a background in apparel industry with an understanding of factory compliance audits.
