Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience, working experience in sizable companies is preferred
- Good command of written in English & Chinese, fluent speaking in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Good communication skills, responsible and well organized
- Able to work under pressure with multi-task
- Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
