Job Responsibilities

• Handle a full spectrum of central office administration and general support services such as assets & keys control, equipment maintenance, workstation administration and telecommunications, etc.
• Play an active role in the implementation of Fixed Assets & Inventory Management System,  maintain proper records of company assets and updates of floor plan
• Coordinate & follow up on repair and maintenance of office furniture and equipment
• Act as back-up Office Assistant and assist in document delivery and collection as assigned
• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year office administration experience
• Responsible, independent and detail-oriented with stable work history
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of  Photoshop / AutoCad an advantage
