Your main job would be organising the project schedule, administration, consolidate and compiling documents, devising and managing the filing system. You will be taking the lead in managing our project management software, consolidate brainstorming sessions into minutes, and other matters related to internal communication.

Requirement:

University graduate

Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Any other foreign language would be given preference 

Competent with Numbers, Pages and Keynote
