Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage and support E-commerce operations including sales orders, products update, logistics and customer service.
  • Manage Product Listings, Pricing and Competitive Offerings Analysis
  • Perform E-commerce daily routine jobs, such as data entry and inventory checking.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Ensure smooth running and completion of marketing campaigns across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in online marketing;
  • Good knowledge and solid experience in managing Facebook, WeChat and other social media;
  • Familiar with managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, KissMetrics, Webmaster tool, Facebook for Business, etc.);
  • Good experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded, and able to work independently;
  • Highly creative, energetic, eager to learn new technology and a good team player;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic eCommerce environment;
  • Passionate about digital/online marketing.
  • Hardworking, independent, well organized and self-motivated;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
