Responsibilities: 

1)    Commercial Strategy

• Lead and plan the annual Trade master Plans for top CHC brands and key accounts BU CHC, in terms of strategy, promotion, communication and visibility at point of sale. Ensure full alignment:
• with Global recommendations for Global brands and local brands in Global categories
• between the areas of Marketing/ POS / Customer Management in order to meet sales goals and profitability
• Own and drive the company activity calendar (including Budget) to create clarity and depth to brand and customer store
• Drive and lead development of Point of Sales Communication based on Shopper insights
• Ensure adequate communication and coordination between KAMs / MKT and POS teams through annual planning (6 months in advance) and regular follow-up meetings, promoting continuous contact with Groupers, Business Unit Managers to define annual and quarter strategies
• Own & build culture of ROI driven activities driving efficiencies in Trade Investment
• Closely work with Sales Team to build Strategic Joint Business Plans for Key Customers & become preferred strategic partners for key categories.
• Develop & Deploy Dashboard for all Key Initiatives including New Product Launches

2)     Leadership

• Contribute to the attainment of vision and strategy of CHC Business Unit by being an active role model for Value based leadership
• Contribute to overall implementation of CHC strategic plan
• Actively contribute to the development of stakeholder presentations for the CHC business as a whole
• Be an active member of the CHC community through collaborative information sharing and best practice implementation

3)     People Management

• Provide strong leadership, motivation, empowerment and clear direction to national sales team
• Attract retain, develop and support our people and culture to enable individual and overall business success

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications are essential, preferably in Business with a Marketing major; alternatively a science / pharmacy degree or equivalent or an MBA
• At least 10-12 years Business Experience in Sales Operations with minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing
• Prior working experience in MNC or Local Firm for FMCG/OTC  Healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of modern trade and multi-channel experience preferred
• Strong Financial Analysis skills required
• Can turn Analysis into compelling commercial strategies
• Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams and/or cross-functional teams) 
• Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
