Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategic plan for the overall sales and marketing in the world, including e-commerce, direct selling, O2O, ODM and OBM etc
- Increase worldwide outbound sales through new business and products development, new distributors and new markets exploring worldwide
- Do marketing research or keep alert the market trends
- Assist team members in achieving the sales goals
- May require to attend local and oversea trade show
- Driving sales of wellness products, such as aroma diffuser, essential oils.
- Work closely with internal R&D and SCM for launching new products and delivery
- Regular reports on the progress of sales and market development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in BA , Marketing discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant international sales experience in commodity trading , experience with health & wellness products will be a plus.
- Experience in e-marketing and O2O will be a plus
- Strong management and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
- Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills in English. Additional foreign languages will be a plus
- Oversea travel may require
