Key responsibilities:    

• Devise and execute strategic plan for the overall sales and marketing in the world, including e-commerce, direct selling, O2O, ODM and OBM etc
• Increase worldwide outbound sales through new business and products development, new distributors and new markets exploring worldwide
• Do marketing research or keep alert the market trends
• Assist team members in achieving the sales goals
• May require to attend local and oversea trade show
• Driving sales of wellness products, such as aroma diffuser, essential oils.
• Work closely with internal R&D and SCM for launching new products and delivery
• Regular reports on the progress of sales and market development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in BA , Marketing discipline or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant international sales experience in commodity trading , experience with health & wellness products will be a plus.
• Experience in e-marketing and O2O will be a plus
• Strong management and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
• Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
• Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills in English. Additional foreign languages will be a plus
• Oversea travel may require
