To cope with our continuous growth and development of the Japanese Restaurant business, we are now seeking for high caliber candidates to join as a member of our Purchasing team:

Purchasing Officer

Job duties:

• Responsible for sourcing and monitoring the food product’s quality and the packaging;
• Assist to analyze the data for purchasing and ordering;
• Monitor inventory level for both food and non food items purchase and replenish;
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement in timely delivery;
• To maintain and update market intelligence source 

Requirements:

• University Graduate preferably in procurement/ supply chain management / logistics or related discipline
• At least one year of relevant working experience in F&B industry is preferred;
• Good team player with proactive and positive attitude;
• Strong sense in numeric and statistics;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office application;
• Chinese wording processing is required;
• Immediate available is preferred;
