Responsibilities:-

The job holder will assist the Legal and Compliance team in ensuring that the company is in full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal business standards. He/she will also provide support to the team in ensuring that business risks are appropriately mitigated with effective compliance controls implemented and enforced.

Requirements:-

• A university graduate preferable studied in legal, finance or insurance (possession of legal education or experience is a definite asset)
• One to three year in Compliance role of financial institutions with experience in handling compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in life business, fund management and fund administration operations, laws and regulations
• Good knowledge of compliance regulations and Hong Kong Laws
• Must be a good team player
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
