Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or University degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years' experience in logistics, sales administration or sales coordination;
• Proven exposure in coordinating logistics arrangements among internal departments including the sales team;
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with 3^rd party logistics providers;
• Some exposure in handling returned goods would be ideal, but not a must;
• Solid experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints;
• Experienced in preparing regular reports;
• Hands-on experience in SAP system will be a great asset;
• Good service concept, people and communication skills;
• Good in English, Cantonese and some Putonghua.
