Responsibilities:  

1. Co-ordinate the shipments with the customers, vendors and forwarder/ courier;
2. Prepare the required shipping and banking documents;
3. Follow up the customers and vendors enquiry;
4. Prepare the shipment reports.

Requirements: 

1. Secondary graduate.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, those with solid experience in supervising logistics staff in PRC will be an advantage;
3. Handle full set Import/ Export shipping documents and Banking documents independently;
4. MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
5. Mature, self-motivated, able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
