Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Report to Deputy General Manager
• Support daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
• Handle full set of account and month end closing
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and related statements and reports for management’s reviews.
• Liaise with auditor and follow up the audit issues
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements of group companies and the consolidated accounts in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Review monthly accounts reconciliation and follow up outstanding items

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Finalist of recognized professional accountant association;
• 5 years relevant experience or above; experience of Financial Due Diligence is an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven and can work under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Be initiative, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of accounting software is a must
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
