Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchase orders preparation including data input and checking
• Work closely with local suppliers and warehouse on order follow up and logistics coordination
• Communicate with retail shops and warehouse on order delivery
• Follow up on product repair services
• Manage and update the database and reports
• Provide full support to the team and handle department administration duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Previous clerical experience with stable working history
• Good in numbers, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
