Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase orders preparation including data input and checking
- Work closely with local suppliers and warehouse on order follow up and logistics coordination
- Communicate with retail shops and warehouse on order delivery
- Follow up on product repair services
- Manage and update the database and reports
- Provide full support to the team and handle department administration duties
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Previous clerical experience with stable working history
- Good in numbers, detail-minded and self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
