Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee company’s remuneration strategy is competitive in the market while achieving business results
• Develop and implement staffing strategy to support business development. Establish employer brand through recruitment marketing plans and tactics
• Identify, plan and coordinate learning and development opportunities for our employees to perform their roles and for future development as well as training delivery
• Prepare performance appraisal report and conduct analysis, implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results. implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results
• Work closely with the company’s key stakeholders and senior management; advise the different business units on setting up and implementing performance management system
• Define the areas of evaluation for key positions and formulate the staff motivation policies
• Set up annual performance appraisal system, so as to provide data and turn into insights for formulating upcoming human resources policies
• Cultivate relationship with top-tier universities
• Maintain internship programs and graduate programs

 We are looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Training discipline, with minimum 5 years' relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training and Development Manager
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Chinese languages
