Duties:

• Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure the completion of the project within the time frame and budget
• Plan and handle the progress of the project from the sample, quotation to the mass production
• Prepare report on project evaluations, schedules and activities of new product program for management review and decision
• Provide technical support to the sales team
• Develop project management tools to manage and track projects

 
Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years of experiences in project coordination
• Knowledge in casting industry /machining or metal related industry is required
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently to meet deadline and achieve goals
• Based in Zhongshan
