Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily accounting operation in A/P, A/R, G/L
• Data input, cheque issuing and TT payment  
• Monitor daily cashflow
• Prepare weekly report, monthly schedules, bank reconciliation
• Assist month end closing and annual audit
• Assist in ad hoc jobs
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Accounting / LCCI Level 3 or higher
• 3-4 years or above in full set accounting experience
• Willing to work under pressure and work overtime (if necessary)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and as good team player 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge in Excel, Word, Chinese Word 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate availability or short notice would be highly preferred 
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Account Clerk
