Requirement

• Post secondary education with IT related subject
• Familiar with SQL language and database tools
• Familiar with MS EXCEL, ACCESS and VBA
• Knowledge on Adobe Created Suit
• 3 years working experience

Job Duties

• Create ACCESS & EXCEL solution for (small volume) production data handling
• Daily system support for our Web Ordering Systems
• Receive and answer queries from customers
• Manage data in these systems
• Daily reporting
• Setting and operating temporary solution during system change
• Create standard report, ad hoc report or reporting tool (e.g. EXCEL spreadsheet or ACCESS program)
• Provide training for MS Office 

Infrastructure Support (1 vacancy)

Requirement

• Post-secondary education with IT related subject
• IT Certification – MCSE, CCNA, etc is preferable
• Familiar on administration of MS Windows server, Linux Server, IIS
• Experiences on MS Windows OS, Citrix, network management, Anti-virus management, data backup and storage control, intranet and internet set up maintenance
• Min. 3 years’ experience in hardware, software and network support
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate Available is preferred
