Requirements:

• F7, Diploma or above in Finance or related subject
• 3 years or above accounting experience
• Self-motivate, good interpersonal skill, independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Immediately available is preferred
  
  

 Responsibilities:

• Participate in billing process, such as invoice preparation and handle billing queries
• Handle general routine works for invoicing, AP, AR & GL functions and I/E declaration
• Prepare accounting vouchers; reports & assist in month-end closing processing
• Prepare AR reports, MPF contribution list, Payroll slip, issue cheque, Data entries, vouchers and cheque payment, bank reconciliation, document filing and checking
• Handle the mailing and parcels, including tracking the status
• Ensure data input in a timely & accurate manner
• Provide clerical support and perform ad hoc assignments as required
