Responsibilities:

• Assist senior for monthly invoice billing and daily AR settlement
• Handle full set of accounts of various companies
• Prepare month-end closing for individual companies
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Any other ad-hoc tasks from seniors

Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma (IVE) in Accounting / Finance or related subjects
• LCCI Higher or HKIAAT member / student or HKICPA student or equivalent is also preferred
• At least 2 years’ solid experience of which 1 year gained in a sizable firm, but fresh graduate is also considered
• Accurate at figures, able to handle task independently, initiative, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and efficient with sense of responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese work processing
• Immediate available preferred
