Are you?                                              

• a post-secondary graduate or above in related discipline
• with 2 years of relevant experience in office administration/clerical support
• with good interpersonal and organizational skills and able to deal with staff at all levels
• responsible, pro-active, and able to multitask
• fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT skills

Can you?

• assist to provide full range of administration support and general clerical duties including ordering of stationary, copying paper, pantry items, etc.
• check invoices of orders and seek appropriate signatures for payment
• handle keys management for the office premises
• handle mail distribution and document filing
• ensure office cleanliness and tidiness and assist in meeting rooms setups
• perform back up receptionist duties when required
• carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
