Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of property development projects
• Monitor progress, quality and liaising with authorities and contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma or University graduate in Civil / Building Engineering / Construction Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' site supervision experience in civil and building projects gained from main contractors
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well versed in Building ordinances and statutory standards / procedures
• Knowledge of software programming
• Good construction planning, projects program and delivery
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
