Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded administration support to our Marketing team;
• Provide assistant support to our Office/HR Administration (Basic knowledge of MPF and medical insurance is preferable);
• Responsible of Monthly Team members attendance and leave reports;
• Prepare Quotations, Invoices and follow up invoice payment with Marketing team or customers;
• Arrangement for Team building/ event;
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management on timely basis.
   

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Logistics or related disciplines
• Post-secondary education with 2-4 years experience in Sales & Marketing Coordinator/ Administration or Sales & Marketing Assistant field
  (Fresh graduates are welcome) 
• Strong in Numeric/ Accounting
   

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent command of MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Multi-tasking skills 
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills and efficient in dealing with internal & external parties
• Detail-oriented
• Troubleshoot and problem solve throughout daily works
• Organized and responsible manner
• Excellent command of spoken and written on Chinese and English
• Capable of working under pressure to meet tight
• Passionate in life
