Job Description

The Job :

- Manage overall Human Resources operation

- Formulate, review & implement HR policies & procedures

- Participate in HRIS development

- Prepare management reports and budgets

Requirements :

- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

- At least 3 years experience in HR management role

- Solid HR experience in MNC

- Strong communication skills and people management

- Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Fluent in spoken and written English
