Main duties:

• Providing administrative and logistics support on daily operations, including but not limited to fundraising activities and public events;
• Maintaining donor database and assisting with the processing of donations;
• Handling donations-related matters and fundraising programme follow up;
• Assisting in developing marketing materials and channels to increase the exposure of the agency;
• Supervising, training and coordinating volunteers.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in communications, marketing or other relevant areas;
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in customer services or/and event management;
• Multi-tasking, flexible, well-organised, pleasant personality;
• Creative, passionate, willing to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule;
• Ability to work independently but also a good team player;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese & English;
• Good PC knowledge and skills, proficiency in computer graphic and video-editing software applications is a must.
