Responsibility:

 1/. To control and supervise the project to meet the target cost and timeline.

2/. To liaise with consultants, main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers for monitioring design and site progress.

3/. To organize all project documents submission and approval.

Requirements:

1/. Degree or higher diploma in Civil/Building/Mech Engineering.

2/. Min.3 years in design and 2 years in project management of curtain wall/façade projects.

3/. High competence in design and site coordination.

4/. Good knowledge in design codes and statutory submission.
