Responsibilities:

• Build up NEW retail operation of Oxfam Shop, developing and formulating innovative marketing strategies
• Collect and analyze market information in Hong Kong and Macau to explore potential market opportunities
• Develop effective digital marketing strategy and tactics to drive online sales
• Collaborate with external and internal parties on promotion and publicity of retail and online operations
• Oversee daily operation and administration of Oxfam Shop including cost, inventory management, staff supervision and training, sales monitoring and reporting
• Work closely with the Manager and management as a key focal point between office and store to run the store in an effective and efficient way

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Innovative and enjoy pioneering new project
• Practical experience in market researches and developing new markets or products
• Good analytical, communication, leadership and project management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Officer
