Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Reports to the Director

Ÿ   Leading the accounting team to ensure smooth running of day-to-day finance & accounting functions of the groups

Ÿ   Oversee various monthly financial reports and analysis accurately and timely

Ÿ   Responsible for budget and cashflow forecast

Ÿ   Manage tax issues and annual audits of the groups

Ÿ   Experiences on corporate finance matters (e.g. IPO, fund raising exercise etc.) is highly preferred

Ÿ   To liaise with financial institutions and relevant parties

Ÿ   Handling ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Ÿ   Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines

Ÿ   A minimum of 5 years of Accounting related experience

Ÿ   Self-motivated,

Ÿ   Good organizational and communication skills

Ÿ   Ability to prioritize work, and a strong sense of responsibility

Ÿ   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Ÿ   Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Ÿ   Immediate available is highly preferred.
