Responsibilities:

• Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, centre administration, preparing reports & memos, renovation and maintenance, POS, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow
• Conduct regular visit and closely monitor the operations of the beauty centres, including HK & PRC
• Assist in analyzing different KPIs such as sales performance and promotion activities for business use
• Have strong market sense, and assist in marketing activity if required
• To handle ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience in retail operation support, preferably gained from retail / skincare / healthcare industry
• Proactive, supportive and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Mature, well organized, independent and with good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
