Job description and responsibilities:

• Handle media communications and issue management for both HK and Mainland China markets, including drafting lines-to-take, preparing media interview and drafting press release
• Work independently to provide support to Executive offices, such as develop speeches for Chairman and senior management and provide support to corporate visits of key stakeholders
• Formulate and organize corporate/investor activities including press conferences, media interviews, investor meetings, conferences, corporate visits and road shows to ensure the senior management communicate effectively, transparently and timely with stakeholders
• Handle media, investor and analysts’ enquiries
• Write and edit content for ongoing investor communications
• Prepare annual/interim report, operational updates, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with media, analysts and investors
• Monitor and analyse the investment community’s view on the Company, its key peers and market trend by conducting research and analysis (financials, company operation data, peer companies comparables, market update etc.)
• Maintain the investor database
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects as required

Job requirements:

• University graduate, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years relevant experience in investor relations, financial agency or financial media
• Candidate with listed companies or reputable financial PR agencies experience is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good connection and network with investment community, fund managers, analysts, private banks etc.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills (mainly in Chinese)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, especially in Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Flexible working hours and open to travel is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Investor Relations Senior Manager
