The specific responsibilities are:

• Performing all account functions including financial accounting, management reporting, auditing, budgeting, cash flow and business analysis etc.
• Supervise  accounting staff on daily operations and manage the daily accounting work processes
• Monitor cash flow, account receivable, account payable positions, management accounts and financial reports
• Assist in planning and preparation of financial budgets and analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and government authorities etc.
• Monitoring China Factory accounting department
• Inventory control
• Prepare payroll and MPF
• Willing travel to PRC will be preferable.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting discipline, with professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of computing software (especially Sun Account)
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Cantonese    
• Hands-on exposure in HR & Admin is a must
• Mature, self-motivated, responsible, detail-orientated and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
