Job Specification:

• As the General Coordinator of the design of the project, fully participate the design management, fully participate all meetings related to the design, fully take charge of all working plan & design delivery;
• Manage project partners effectively to ensure high quality & progress of the design;
• Provide comments on design sketch and drawings for the project;
• Facilitate & Liaise with consultants and contractors for the project;
• Participate in on-site checking and measurement, checking quality and progress of works;
• Provide assistance & technical guidance to other departments or teams;
• Help to prepare the design guideline on HK Residential project

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Min 10 years relevant experience in Architecture design, independently property project operating experience in real asset company is preferred;
• Very good knowledge and understanding of Architecture;
• Proven experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings;
• A reliable and creative nature with a good sense of Design;
• Member on relevant professional body HKIA, AIA, RIBA or RAIA is a must;
• Experience in handling large scale, high quality residential, commercial and retail projects is preferred;
• Solid knowledge in local building ordinance and regulations;
• Solid knowledge in local bid, acquisitions, project feasibility, preliminary budget, construction program, etc.;
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good command in English & Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Manager
