職責：

• 負責服務式住宅的設施維修及保養工作
• 為大廈冷氣設備提供安裝、保養、檢查及測試
• 負責協助木工、油漆、水務及其他維修工作
• 負責日常檢查及監察有關設施
• 懂電器維修及裝修工程
• 需外勤工作

入職要求：

• 中三或以上程度，持有工業學院證書
• 持有有效電工 "A" 牌或以上及平安咭
• 具3年或以上有關大廈設施維修工作經驗，具水喉、冷氣及渠務維修經驗
• 每週6天工作 (9am - 6pm)
• 港島區工作
