Requirements:

• Degree Holder or higher in Building Services Engineering
• Chartered professional with membership to HKIE / MCIBSE 
• Must have at least 10 years of work experience in consulting engineering
• The ability to lead a team of engineers to deliver projects
• Familiar with construction supervision, overseeing budgets and project management
• Must have worked on residential building projects in Hong Kong
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
