POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• The incumbent will provide chauffeuring services for senior management, administer Company car replacement and maintenance schedule and assist in vehicle logistics duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional driving services for the Management and VIP Guests
• Provide vehicle logistics support for marketing and company events
• Maintain vehicles in clean, tidy and good working conditions
• Monitor and support company car pool duties which include the car replacement schedule, vehicle registration, motor insurance, auto-toll, patrol card, parking and ensure car maintenance schedule
• Support in insurance marine claims for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and coordinate with dealer to monitor the status of PDI inspection execution
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if required  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driving license (1 and 2) holder with clean driving record is a must
• Basic spoken and written English is required
• Minimum 2 years solid driving experience in serving senior management
• Presentable, attention to details and able to work overtime
• Passionate about cars and driving, eager to have new car experience
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel 

For the successful candidate, we offer a 5-day week in addition to a salary that commensurate with your experience and qualification.
