Responsibility:

• Provide first tier support for user enquiries
• Support users on using MS Windows system, office applications, Adobe software, Audio/ Visual System event support and Database application 
• Administration on  infrastructure, network switch, Wifi AP, VM servers system and AWS cloud services, email server and firewall security system. 
• Work with development team/User on problem identification and programs testing
• Assist in system documentation and user training
• Shift duties

Requirements:

• High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline or with relevant experience for 2 years
• Basic Hardware, Software and Networking knowledge
• Strong team player with good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills, Willing to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Fresh graduated welcome
• Related training will be provided
