Job Description

To report to the Senior Director of Sales – EMS for the strategic function in product marketing, pricing, marketing intelligence, and customer support

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the Program Management and Quote team to provide Sales Support of business unit
  • To manage and assist Global Account Manager to devise yearly sales budget
  • To act as a link between customers, production, and sales in driving business results
  • To monitor and assist Global Account Manager on ODM Development and driven business Development
  • To control the flow of Program Management activities, is complied with internal write up guide/procedures/ISO/SOX
  • To have program projection and forecast on customer requirements changes & needs, together with the opportunities for improvement

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 10-years’ experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Production Engineering/ Customer Service gained from the EMS, Electronics, Telecom, or Networking industries with 5 years in supervisory level in Multi-national Companies
  • Formal training in electronic or electrical engineering will be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of global PCB, PCBA and/or Electronics market
  • Must have strong experience and exposure to a production environment and willing to work in a manufacturing environment
  • China experience and international assignment exposure are a must
  • A team leader and be able to demonstrate strong business acumens
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Frequent travel to PRC is required
