As a Field Consultant representing Subway® World Headquarters in the Hong Kong and Macau market you will be responsible to work with SUBWAY® restaurant owners to help them achieve their goals by monitoring operations and performing monthly evaluations and follow-ups. You will also increase operational standards through guidance and training, improve management skills and provide sound advice to increase profitability. This is a great chance for you to work with people from different nations.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Review restaurants by physically visiting the restaurant and conducting evaluations 
• Conduct Monthly checking of stores to maintain the hygiene & quality standard of products and environment
• Provide support to Franchisees on store operational issues
• Develop and maintain positive and close relationships with all Franchisees, coworkers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional mannar - attend meeetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Good time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and independent
• Good command of english and mandarin
• F&B experience is preferred but not a must
• Fresh graduate also considered, full package of training provided
