Job Duties:

• Report to a Merchandising Manager, the position will be focus on the Fashion accessories for Italy market.
• Lead a small team to manage the product development and order placement in efficient and effective manner that implementing the merchandising strategies
• In charge of the Product Development process to ensure that products meet our quality, budget requirements and ensure deliveries on time
• Work closely with Headquarter and Vendors to comply our order specifications (Fabric Requirements, Color Lab Dips, Prints, Accessories, Counter and PP samples, etc)
• Co-ordinate with internal supporting teams to ensure the quality & product requirements
• Build & maintain effective business partnership with Headquarter & Vendors
• Solving problems during production and progress status

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in textile & clothing, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences in garment merchandising industry
• Relevant experiences in fashion accessories ,like bag, necklace, scarf, glove, hat and etc
• Working experience in sizable garment buying office or trading company is a definite advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent verbal, presentation, and written skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer software of Win Excel, Words and Chinese typing
• Willing and able to travel to China
• Hard working and willing to work under pressure
