• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 5 years experience in the construction industry or 1-2 years experience for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor; fresh graduate will be considered
• Duties will include tender preparation, cost negotiation, interim payment applications, variation preparation etc.
• Experience with both main contractor and QS consultant would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
