• At least 7 years solid experience in the property management industry, with 3 years at managerial level
• Degree holder or above
• Member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing
• Conversant with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord &Tenant Ordinance, DMCand other related ordinances.
• Familiar with mainland China culture
• Proficiency in written and spoken Putonghua
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written Chinese and English
