Responsibility:

• Prepare project tendering documentation and quotation calculation
• Coordinate with clients and site supervisor
• Site visit to construction site to obtain tender requirement
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder in Building Studies or equiv.
• 3-5 years related experience in tendering of site work
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in PC operations (MS Word, Excel)
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Frequently outdoor working is required
• Hold a valid driver's license would be a definite advantage
• Candidates must be HKID holder
