Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office new letting, renewal and tenancy negotiations for our property portfolios in Shanghai;
• Collect market intelligence and conduct research on market development and trends;
• Assist in budget forecast and preparation;
• Provide strategic office leasing advice to top management

  Requirements:

• Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate, Property / Facility Management or related disciplines;
• An Estate Agent’s (Individual) License Holder;
• At least 8 years’ solid working experience in agency work or landlord, handling property office leasing with a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value, of which 4 years should be at managerial level;
• At least 4 years’ working experience in PRC (Shanghai) real estate will be asset experience in the positioning and leasing of brand new premium grade offices;
• Strong leadership with good negotiation and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
