Responsibilities:

• Implement efficient stock management and control the shop inventory level, replenishment and logistics services
• Work closely with other internal parties and all department stores management to ensure optimal business operations
• Assist the project of new system launch including implementation , execution, impact and training to new staff
• Assist to prepare various retail sales reports, incentive report, KPI report, monthly report and market analysis
• Assist to prepare and update the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) & procedures for retail staff
• In charge of boutique uniform i.e. vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, budget preparation & expenses control

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in Business Management or related
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail related industry
• Experiences in inventory controlling and complaint handling are highly preferable
• Proactive, well organized and good analytical skill
• Able to manage mutli-tasks independently and timely
• Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
