Responsibilities:

Frontline Counter Services duties

• Act as first contact point for daily operation of the service center
• Deal with customers’ enquiries and complaints from walk-in customers
• Provide proactive follow up and quality services to customers
• Updating monthly reports & establish tasks log sheets

Call Center duties

• Handle the customers hotline
• Identify promptly customers’ needs and take appropriate actions, including escalating calls only when necessary  
• Ensure customer satisfaction via answering incoming calls, enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferrable in call centre / retail / customer service industry
• Good communication/interpersonal skills, telephone manner and service attitude
• Strong sense of team spirit, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
