Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts;
• In charge of day to day accounting functions and monthly closing process;
• Manage relevant matters of real estate management in accounting aspect;
• Coordinate statutory audit and tax filing; 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience;
• Experience in USA tax and accounting practice are preferable;
• Audit experience in CPA firm is desirable;
• Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good spoken and written English / Chinese / Mandarin communication skill.
