Job Responsibilities:

• Follow and monitor accounts payable transactions
• Arrange accurate and timely payments via various means and cheque deposit
• Prepare month-end, year-end analysis report and accounting reports
• Accounting Data entry
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• College level or above with LCCI intermediate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible and willing to learn
• Detailed-minded, numeracy with high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated, well-organized and with sense of responsibility
• Be a team player, positive and able to meet tight schedule
• With PRC and manufacturing experience will be highly preferred
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen, China
• Immediately available will be an advantage
