Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable and assist general duties for A/R including coordinating with clients and sales departments, invoicing to the clients, etc.
• Handle daily sales invoice, credit note and monthly customer statement distributions
• Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing
• Handling expense claims, petty cash & banking activities;
• Handle the reconciliation and accruals at the month end
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with 1 year relevant experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferable
• Knowledge in MYOB or Accpac system will be an advantage
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Independent, good team spirit, well organized, self-motivated and detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Immediately available preferred
