Job Description:

• To be responsible for group accounts preparation; management reporting; supervising and coordinating group annual budget and quarterly forecast; prepare variance analysis against forecast/budget

• Ensure consistency of HKFRS practices

• Perform risk assessment and develop audit programs of group companies

• Liaise with bankers and other parties

Requirements:

• 5-8 years’ working experience in banking industry or financial institution; prior experience in accounts preparation for PRC and offshore companies would be added advantage

• Good knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations; CPA qualified

• Solid experience in securities & futures accounting, FRR, margin financing, corporate finance;

• Responsible, hardworking, dedicated and strong market sense;

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability;

• Good Command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
