Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Officer/ Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all round HR functions including payroll, compensation & benefits, staff recruitment, employee relations, staff training and other ad hoc projects
- Provide HR support to the managers in other departments on recruitment and other staff related issues
- Organize employee relations activities such as annual dinner, Christmas party and other company events
- Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are always in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and in line with market practice
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or High Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid human resources experience
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
- Experience in HRIS – Alpha HRMS will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Pleasant, hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
