Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, Training and Development,  Staff Engagement, Compensation & Benefits and  & Recruitment and Selection;
  
• Conduct on boarding formalities, orientation program and exit interviews;
• Organize employee relations activities, such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, monthly activities and Facebook etc.;
• Prepare various HR reports and assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in HRM or other related disciplines;
• 2-3 years experience as HR generalist, preferably experience gained from entertainments or hospitality related companies;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work multi-task independently;
• Proactive, well-organized, responsible team player with positive work attitude;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
